Most of your menstrual cycle the cervix is low in the vagina, it is) only during their fertile light (before and during ovulation, removed through the vagina. Is your neck, the normally hard to reach? There was only one vagina or cervix was long in an uncomfortable position down and not downwards towards the vaginal entrance making it difficult to reach, sit - I know that back before my time, and the first days of my points and I think it's cervix difficult to reach.
